All orders are shipped with Australia Post. It is important that you provide us with a secure address as the courier will safely leave your parcel if you are not home. All orders will be processed within 24 hrs between Monday to Friday. You can track how long your parcel will take to arrive to you here.

Returns and refunds
Please note that the return and warranty policy is only applicable for products purchased directly from our website ohpeachbrows.com. If your Oh Peach brow kit has been purchased from elsewhere, please contact them directly.
Oh Peach Brows is a product that cannot be resold once returned. Oh Peach Brows will not refund your order if:
- You found it cheaper somewhere else
- Decided you did not like the product
- Had no use for it
If you are unsatisfied with your product we will issue you a replacement product.
Simply email email@example.com with your order number and email used for your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, and you'll need to pay for postage (we recommend using a tracked service to avoid anything getting lost).
Change of mind refunds
It's okay if you change your mind about your purchase. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and email used for your order to cancel your order or initiate a return.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund you on the spot. If your order has already been dispatched, we'll have to wait for your return.
Products must be returned unopened within 30 days from the delivery date, and you'll need to pay for postage.
Sometimes the postie can be a bit rough with your package.
If your package has arrived damaged and you would like to initiate a return, simply email email@example.com with your order number and email used for your order along with photos of the damages.
We'll either refund your money, or send you another package, whichever you prefer.
